New Technology Based on PRC Data Format Part of SpinFire 9.0 Release

BERKELEY, CA and SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - October 05, 2010) - Actify, Inc. and Tech Soft 3D (TS3D) today announced that the latest version of Actify's award winning product data visualization product, SpinFire 9.0, is the first application to feature the new HOOPS 3D Exchange (3DX) technology. TS3D, which develops and provides HOOPS 3DX along with other component technologies for the engineering industry, has repackaged the popular OEM translators into pure library form. HOOPS 3DX guarantees optimum translation speed and precision within Actify's flagship product SpinFire, which distills native 2D/3D CAD files from proprietary applications into the compact and lightweight .3D format.
