June 22, 2009 -- St. Charles, IL – The Sidwell Company is pleased to announce that Brent Mainzinger, Chief Technical Officer, and Bill Wetzel, National GIS Account Manager, will be among the presenters featured at the upcoming 29th annual ESRI International User Conference in San Diego, California.

Brent will co-present with Conn McAnally, Database Administrator for the Knoxville GIS (KGIS). Their presentation, “KGIS: A Fully Integrated Approach to Land Records Management”, will demonstrate the benefit that can be derived from the effective integration of GIS data and computer-assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) information, and how it can be used to support the process of developing accurate and consistent land appraisals.

Bill will join Bruce Harper, GIS Coordinator for Colleton County, South Carolina. Their presentation, “Enhancing Parcel Data in Colleton County, South Carolina”, will detail the process used by Colleton County as they strove to achieve more accurate and complete parcel data for their jurisdiction, and the efficiencies they have realized in their land records management and maintenance operations.

Both sessions are part of the Cadastral and Land Records track at this year’s conference, and will take place on Thursday, July 16 in Room 28C of the San Diego Convention Center.
