The aJ-102 SoC Network Processor comes bundled with the aJile embedded RTOS, an optimizing application builder, debugging tools and an evaluation kit that provides a complete silicon-based solution for the JME platform. Offered in a 324-pin TFBGA package, the aJ-102 is tested to industrial temperature specifications (-30° to +80° C.).
