Intergraph’s emergency incident response, planning and reporting solutions are used to protect more than one in 12 people worldwide. The following agencies join public safety organizations across the world in leveraging the data sharing capabilities provided by Intergraph’s integrated public safety software:
United States
Mercer County, Pa. Police, Fire and EMS: The Mercer County Department of Public Safety, located in northwestern Pennsylvania on the Ohio border and serving a population of 120,000, has chosen to deploy Intergraph’s public safety technologies for their Police, Fire and EMS divisions.
Shreveport, La. Police and Fire: Police officers and fire fighters in Louisiana’s third largest city and metropolitan area have added Intergraph’s mobile dispatch capabilities to their existing suite of Intergraph’s integrated public safety software.

Canada
Hamilton (Ontario) Police & Fire Services: An Intergraph customer for more than 15 years, Hamilton Police and Fire deployed the latest version of Intergraph’s emergency incident response, planning and reporting solutions to serve and protect the 528,000 individuals who reside in this community located on the western end of Lake Ontario.
“We enjoyed a seamless cut-over to Intergraph’s computer aided dispatch system,” said Captain Mike Shockley, Athens-Clarke County Police Department. “Intergraph's multi-jurisdictional, multi-agency capabilities allowed our jurisdiction to partner with the University of Georgia Police Department as a spoke on our hub. Thanks to Intergraph's public safety software, Athens-Clarke County, the home of the University of Georgia, will have a safer community and student environment. As we move towards the final implementation phases of Intergraph’s records management system that is slated to go live this summer, we look forward to the same level of excellent service and support.”
“Hamilton Police Service has used Intergraph CAD for over 15 years and it was the agency’s first and only CAD system,” said Mark Allan, communications system administrator, Hamilton Police Service. “It was ahead of its time when we first partnered with Intergraph and we feel they are still a leader in the industry. Now being used for both emergency dispatch of police and fire, it has proven its worth time and time again.”
“The Shreveport Police Department and the Caddo Parish 9-1-1 District are very excited about the partnership between our agencies and Intergraph in the development of a parish-wide mobile data system that will enable all of the public safety agencies in Caddo Parish to communicate and share data across one common data network,” said Caddo Parish 9-1-1 Administrator, Martha Carter. “We believe that using Intergraph’s mobile data solution will provide flexibility for our agencies and allow us to achieve true data interoperability between all of our public safety agencies.”
“Intergraph’s emergency incident response, planning and reporting solutions provide public safety agencies with vital capabilities to advance the life-saving mission of call takers, dispatchers and first responders,” said Reid French, executive vice president and chief operating officer, Intergraph. “We are honored to partner with these public safety agencies in support of their efforts to protect the safety and lives of those who visit, live and work in their communities.”
