SigmaTel Announces Board Resignation

AUSTIN, Texas—(BUSINESS WIRE)—February 1, 2007— SigmaTel Inc. (NASDAQ: SGTL) today announced that John Hime has resigned from the company's Board of Directors. Mr. Hime has been a director since August 2003.
