The Geospatial Information Roadshow 2021, hosted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) of Korea and organized by Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation (LX), will open in a virtual venue for five days from March 22 to March 26.
The Geospatial Information Roadshow 2021 offers a Conference section that will be attended by members of international organizations, including The World Bank, UN Habitat, and UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), and the experts in the field of geospatial information from 15 countries. It will also open a Virtual Exhibition that displays Korea’s cutting-edge geospatial information technologies. The roadshow aims to enhance the business channels between outstanding Korean companies and global experts in the untact business society.
Geospatial Information Industry’s WEB-VR 3D Exhibition
All the attendants are able to join the roadshow, using VR-functions as Automatic Tour and Mini Map conveniently and effectively, without restrictions or boundaries of the location, device, or the communicational environment. All contents will be accessible vividly through the 3D graphics and videos.
The roadshow exhibition is subcategorized into 5 sections, consist of 4 Technology sections of diverse technological perspectives exhibiting the business purposes of Korean companies, and Startup section including the LX booth with a national perspective on the post-COVID-19 world. The Technology sections allow the attendants to experience key featured technologies in the field of the geospatial information industry, providing the various information on developing geospatial information software and database generated by the geospatial surveying, connecting the 4th Industrial technologies and the remote sensing technology. Moreover, LX booth offers a view into Korea’s policies and latest technology trends. The roadshow will be exhibiting various attractions such as the Digital Virtual Gallery and the business meeting sessions as well.
