The Company agreed to pay a total of $750.0 million to CMU in connection with the settlement agreement that was reached in February 2016. Of this settlement, the Company recognized a charge of $736.0 million in fiscal 2016. The remaining $14.0 million was recorded in prepaid expenses and other assets, to be recognized in cost of goods sold over the remaining term of the license from February 2016 through April 2018.
