LONDON, ON--(Marketwired - October 28, 2016) - iLOOKABOUT Corp. (TSX VENTURE: ILA) ("iLOOKABOUT" or "the Company") today announced that the Company has received final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange of the Private Placement which closed October 24, 2016, the details of which were provided in a news release issued on the date of closing. In exchange for gross proceeds of $210,000, the Company has now issued 1,000,000 common shares and 1,000,000 common share purchase warrants.
