The ISL78233 3A and ISL78234 4A synchronous buck regulators are available now in 5mm x 5mm 16-lead WFQFN packages. Pricing for the ISL78233 in 1k unit quantities is $1.75 USD each, and the ISL78234 is $1.95 USD each. 3mm x 3mm TQFN packages are also available.
