Industry Veteran Brody Stout Joins Boundless as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer
New York, NY, January 14, 2015 — Boundless, the leader in enterprise Spatial IT solutions, has announced the hire of Brody Stout in a combined role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer to round out its executive leadership team as Boundless prepares for its next stage of growth. Stout will be responsible for financial strategy as well as overseeing the operational budget and managing Boundless’ operations and finance teams.

Prior to joining Boundless, Stout was COO/CFO of CitizenHawk, a venture-backed brand protection firm. During his tenure with CitizenHawk, Stout’s leadership was instrumental in building a proprietary product platform and differentiated go-to-market strategy, driving significant revenue and profitability expansion, and streamlining the company’s operational processes. Last year he led the successful execution of CitizenHawk’s acquisition by Wolters Kluwer’s Corporate Legal Services division.
Prior to CitizenHawk, Stout spent nearly 10 years as a venture capital investor and Board member in growth-stage companies with a focus on the technology, media, telecom and consumer services industries. Serving both startups and Global 1000 businesses throughout his career, Stout has developed deep expertise in creating and implementing strategic business plans, managing finances, allocating capital, and optimizing operations and processes to drive successful, value-creating exits.
