Richmond, VA – December 30, 2014  Timmons Group, a Cityworks Platinum Implementation Partner, announced their contract win to implement the Cityworks Suite for American States Utility Services, Inc. (ASUS).  ASUS is comprised of five subsidiaries focused on water and wastewater services: Old North Utility Services, Inc.
