SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- (Marketwired) -- Nov 07, 2013 -- Longtime Hard Dollar customer, Blois Construction, received the 2013 Constructech Vision Award, Silver, in the Heavy/Highway/General Construction category. Hard Dollar Corporation was recognized as the technology enabler for the award.

This marks the third time the Oxnard, California-based utility contractor has won the award, and all three times Hard Dollar was cited as the technology enabler. The company also won the award in 2002 and 2008.
