All Patent Litigation Between the Companies Dismissed

DEARBORN, Mich. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — December 10, 2012 — EnvisionTEC, Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of patented 3D rapid prototyping and manufacturing solutions, announced the settlement of the patent infringement lawsuit brought by 3D Systems, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan at the end of 2005.
