Luxion Introduces KeyShot 3.3 at IDSA 2012 International Conference

Last week at SIGGRAPH 2012, Luxion previewed a line of new technology and features to speed and compliment the product design process. This week, Luxion travels to Boston, Massachusetts for the IDSA 2012 International Conference, August 15th-19th at the Westin Boston Waterfront, demonstrating new technology featured last week, along with updates and new features in the upcoming release of KeyShot 3.3. Here are the highlights of this years show and what to expect.


 

IDSA Sponsorship

Offsite events
Thursday night, August 16, Luxion joins Sprout Designs and Core77 in back-to-back offsite events. First, Luxion is sponsoring LOCALIZE Boston with Sprout Designs and Clio at Microsoft N.E.R.D. in Cambridge, starting at 5:30 PM. At 9:00 PM, Luxion will be with Core77

KeyShot 3.3
Luxion will also be previewing new technology and features coming to KeyShot 3.3. New features in KeyShot 3.3 include the added support for Autodesk Inventor 2013 and AutoCad 2013 formats, a new color-picker to grab any color off the screen for use on the model and 
DuPont Paint materials from a partnership between Luxion and DuPont Performance Coating. Additionally, Luxion will showcase KeyShotVR, a KeyShot rendering add-on that generates interactive 3D models for viewing on the web, as well as  LuSta web-based product configuration tool, born out of a partnership between Luxion and Sabertooth Interactive, that delivers real-time product variations to clients and design departments.
