ALEXANDRIA, VA, October 19, 2010 – The Carbon Project today announced that it was selected by the U.S. Army Geospatial Center (AGC) for a Geospatial Applications and Services support contract. This contract includes 1 base year with 1 option year and provides support services to enhance the capabilities of systems using geospatial data and open standards.
The contract continues cutting-edge GeoSynchronization efforts and includes development of geospatially enabled applications which improve Army capabilities, enhance geospatial GeoSynchronization, enhance the capabilities of systems using geospatial data, and improve the functioning of the Army Geospatial Enterprise.
