Industry Leaders and Emerging Companies to Showcase Best Practices in Innovative Product Design
LOWELL, Mass. – October 7, 2010 – Dassault Systèmes (DS) (Euronext Paris: #13065, DSY.PA), a world leader in 3D and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, today announced that speakers from Ford, Procter & Gamble (P&G) and GE will be among the customers presenting at the 2010 Dassault Systèmes Customer Conference (DSCC), taking place November 9-10 at the Renaissance Orlando Resort at SeaWorld, Florida. This year’s conference, which brings together the company’s CATIA, DELMIA, ENOVIA, SIMULIA and 3DVIA customers, partners and technology leaders in one setting, will follow the theme, “Dream to Life: Envision & Invent the Future.”
Keynote speakers Robert Trecapelli, director of digital innovation, Global PLM and Global Enterprise Process and Information Systems Commonality, Ford Motor Company, and Michael A. Telljohann, director, product innovation/PLM, P&G Global Business Services, Procter & Gamble, will discuss how DS’s 3D design and PLM technology is helping their companies change the way they do business. Bernard Charlès, president and CEO of Dassault Systèmes, will also deliver a keynote, in which he will share his vision for PLM 2.0 and lifelike 3D applications.
In addition, the conference will feature a customer panel including representatives from GE Energy, IBM Corporation, Medtronic and Tesla Motors, as well as a CEO panel composed of executives from each DS brand (CATIA, DELMIA, ENOVIA, SIMULIA, SolidWorks and 3DVIA). Technology previews and industry sessions will round out the event.
