SEATTLE, Wash. — July 12, 2010 —
LizardTech®, a division of Celartem Inc. and a provider of software solutions for managing and distributing geospatial content, will be exhibiting in booth #810 at the 2010 ESRI International User Conference, July 12-16 in San Diego, Calif.
ESRI's annual user conference brings together a global GIS community allowing ESRI customers, partners and competitors a chance to network with one another in an effort to move GIS forward as a whole.
"This is an exciting event for LizardTech," said Jon Skiffington, LizardTech's director of marketing. "Our partners have made significant strides supporting MrSID® Generation 4 LiDAR files in their products and we're eager to share this news. We look forward to showing our customers what's new with LizardTech and hearing feedback from our clients and partners."
In May LizardTech announced support for MrSID imagery in Applied Imagery's Quick Terrain Modeler as well as the integration of support for MrSID Generation 4 LiDAR files into Overwatch's LIDAR Analyst® software. Both applications provide users with tools to work with their compressed geospatial data in their everyday workflows. In June the U.S. Army awarded LizardTech's GeoExpress™ Software a Certificate of Networthiness, an important recognition for Department of Defense clientele.
Customers can view product demonstrations and gather information on all of LizardTech's recent developments including the latest innovations with MrSID and raster imagery compression in booth #810 or at any of LizardTech's "Imagery at UC" sponsorship events.
