Rohr most recently was the Director of Development Engineering for Hewlett Packard's Mobile Business Unit where he managed a group of over 30 domestic and international electrical and mechanical engineers and program managers. Prior to joining HP, Rohr was a lead systems design engineer with Texas Instruments Defense Systems Electronics Group.

Rohr holds dual Bachelors degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Kansas State and Fort Hays State universities. He has also completed coursework at the Sloan School of management at MIT.
