The contract calls for weeklong spring break/summer/winter break camps that focus on developing youth skills in science, technology, engineering and math through experiences with building and robotics. The program is designed for youths 6 to 18 years of age, and the camps will be held between June 24, 2010 and December 31, 2010 for students at Eielson AFB, Alaska; Elmendorf AFB, Alaska; Hickam AFB, Hawaii; Kadena AB, Japan; Misawa AB, Japan; Osan AB, Korea; and Yokota AB, Japan. PCS robotics materials will play a key role in the camps, and PCS instructors will conduct the programs.
