Registration opens for ‘Shaping your vision’ conference on 10th & 11th May 2010
February 22, 2010 — ESRI UK announces registrations are open for its Annual Conference in London - an insightful two day event in May, exploring the importance of geographic information systems (GIS) technology as a key enabler for better informed decision-making.
Taking place at the Hilton London Metropole on 10 May and 11 May 2010, the ‘Shaping your vision’ conference will provide an opportunity to hear the opinions of visionary leaders from across industry and government and will discuss how GIS is being adopted as an enterprise-wide
technology.
ESRI UK is the leading provider of GIS, helping businesses become more profitable and public service more efficient through a greater understanding of the importance of location. At this unique event, delegates will be given the opportunity to hear what's new in
ArcGIS 10, ESRI’s latest version of its leading GIS software; experience a wide range of industry based scenarios; meet ESRI UK senior management and strategists and learn about the latest ESRI and ESRI UK GIS solutions.
This conference follows a similar format to the EMEA User Conference hosted by ESRI UK in 2008, where more than 1,500 GIS professionals from over 60 countries gathered for the largest ever GIS event in the UK. Attendees to this year’s conference can also expect to hear from leading organisations about how GIS is transforming their organisations – more details on speakers and sessions will be announced shortly.
