ZeBu Selected for Superior Performance, Ease of Adoption, Cost Effectiveness
SAN JOSE, Calif. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — January 26, 2010 — LG Electronics, Inc. (KSE: 066570.KS) has adopted the ZeBu emulation platform from EVE, the leader in hardware/software co-verification, for the verification of its high-performance, mass-market consumer products.
ZeBu-XXL was chosen after a thorough evaluation for its ease of use and cost effectiveness, critical considerations for achieving thorough testing of multi-million gate designs. According to LG Electronics, ZeBu offers superior performance in transaction-based co-emulation, reaching five megahertz (MHz) on 10-million application specific integrated circuit (ASIC)-equivalent gate designs. Also noted is ZeBu’s large catalog of ready-made transactors used to verify LG Electronics’ multi-media designs.
