Barry Dennington of NXP elected
AUSTIN, Texas — (BUSINESS WIRE) — September 8, 2009 — The Silicon Integration Initiative (Si2) announces the election of Barry Dennington of NXP as the new Chair of their Board of Directors for the 2009-2010 term.
Barry Dennington is Senior Vice President, Design Technology and Flows at NXP, and is responsible for EDA Design Tool and Flow development and Design Services. Mr. Dennington brings more than 30 years of experience in the semiconductor business, and holds an MBA from The City University of London and a Higher National Diploma Electrical Engineering.
