The newest elected Board member is Charlie Huang, senior vice president and chief strategy officer at Cadence Design Systems, Inc., who replaces the previous Board representative from Cadence.
The re-elected Board Members and their representatives are: AMD – Ward Vercruysse, director and fellow; ARM, Inc. - John Goodenough, world wide director Design Technology; IBM Microelectronics – Leon Stock, director, EDA; Intel Corporation - Rahul Goyal, director, EDA Business; LSI - Ameesh Desai, senior director, Design Tools & Methodology; National Semiconductor - James Lin, vice president of Technology Infrastructure; NXP – Barry Dennington, sr. vice president; Sequence Design - Vic Kulkarni, president & CEO and Synopsys - John Chilton, sr. vice president, Marketing & Strategic Development.
