With over 30 years in the semiconductor and communications industries, Mr. McCranie is responsible for leading Virage Logic’s demand creation efforts, merger and acquisition activities, and the company’s strategic direction. In addition to his executive chairman role at Virage Logic, Mr. McCranie serves as chairman of the board for ON Semiconductor and holds directorships at Actel and Cypress Semiconductor.
Dr. Shubat co-founded Virage Logic in 1996, and his technological expertise has helped guide the company to become a leading provider of semiconductor intellectual property. Dr. Shubat also serves on Santa Clara University’s Industry Advisory Board. He holds over 20 U.S. patents and has contributed to over 25 industry publications.
