February 19, 2009 -- GOLDSBORO, N.C. – Geographic Technologies Group, Inc. (GTG) is expanding, adding two new regional offices in Florida. The offices include Davie, Florida and Milton, Florida. These offices are in addition to GTG’s corporate office in Goldsboro, North Carolina and regional offices in Longview, Texas and Aurora, Illinois.
The Davie, Florida office provides a regional contact for southern and central Florida, while the Milton office will serve northern Florida as well as other southeastern states. This allows regional managers to be available to a large number of GTG’s clients, offering on-site consultations, client support, and other technical services.
“GTG understands the need for clients to have a regional resource,” said Curt Hinton, CEO of GTG. “Having regional offices dispersed in Florida allows GTG to better serve our growing client base in that region. With more local governments in Florida realizing the clear return on investment that GIS provides, enabling regional offices was a must.”
“I look forward to providing our clients with a regional point of contact that understands the current governmental climate in Florida,” said Brent Johnson, GIS Solutions Manager, based out of the Milton office.
Jason Knowles, GIS Project Manager, is heading up GTG’s Davie, Florida office. “By being geographically centralized to a large number of our clients, I will be able to offer on-site consultations and problem solving,” he said.
