This contract enables Timmons Group to provide strategic planning consulting services for the development of an Enterprise GIS. “The GIS Strategic Plan will serve to guide GIS development and leverage the County’s current GIS investment,” said Russell Minich, Principal of Geospatial Services for State and Local Government for Timmons Group. “Our extensive experience in GIS planning and implementation coupled with our experience in providing solutions for state and local government business enables New Kent County to further their Enterprise Geospatial Solutions needs in a progressive and cost effective manner”.
