Studio Rendering, Inc. Opens New Northeast Chicago Location
"The new location will give our team a better focus on Architectural Visualization," Sonny Sultani of Studio Rendering, Inc. said. "We work with a variety of industries, but have had most of our strength in communicating creativity in architecture. We want this studio to focus on this strength and our hope is that it attracts great talent in the field.
"While a majority of activities, some production, accounting and sales will occur in other offices, we wanted this office primarily to be used for production and innovation in architectural presentations."
Sonny's passion was clear on innovation, showcasing Ash Mohammed's, Vice President of Design Visualization, research on human engagement and technology. One such product, a 360 spin of a house which has not been built physically, is used to lure a younger audience to gain more pre-selling opportunity.
"A substantial amount of our development dollars go into researching interactivity, and this location will have everything it needs to create better presentational tools used for architectural presentations or marketing real estate.
"We felt Evanston, IL was a good home for the type of business we have. It has always been a welcoming place for artist and designers and hosts some great events such as the Fountain Square Art Festival," Sonny stated, with a reminder that he graduated from
When looking for an office the Studio did consider Chicago Downtown but found the prices to be high and the city traffic to be annoying. Evanston still has all the great qualities of Chicago: great public transportation and excellent architecture but with some breathing room.
"While there is no date set to when the integration of this office will be complete, we want our clients and the community to know our Evanston doors are open and you are more than welcome to come down to check out all the cool things we are doing," Sonny concluded.
