Anark Showcases Revolutionary 3D CAD Transformation Platform at PLM Road Map

Boulder, CO, September 22, 2008: Anark Corporation, the leading provider of automated 3D CAD transformation and visualization solutions, today announced it will exhibit at Collaborative Product Development Associates PLM Road Map™ 2008. Anark will demonstrate its easy-to-use automated 3D CAD transformation platform Anark Core™.

At the 2008 PLM Road Map event, Anark will demonstrate the recently released Anark Core Platform version 2.0. This version provides users with expanded conversion, transformation, and automation capabilities to cost-effectively prepare 3D product design data for visualization, simulation, CAE, and supply-chain-data-exchange applications. Version 2.0 also provides users with the ability to automate 3D product geometry and structure modification, and then export revised product data into high-precision B-rep and lightweight mesh formats including SolidWorks®, Inventor®, ACIS®, CATIA® V4/V5, Parasolid®, STEP, NX (formerly Unigraphics), IGES, COLLADA, DWF, X3D, and VRML.

"Anark Core has been specifically designed to facilitate cost effective and automated product design preparation and sharing for a wide array of data exchange, collaboration, and visual-simulation applications," said Stephen Collins, CEO, Anark Corporation. "PLM Road Map 2008 is providing us with a perfect venue to display our solution to a wide array of key industry representatives who are focused on the global transformation of product development and the key innovative processes and tools involved."

Improving the quality and efficiency of product design and development is also the key theme in an upcoming webinar hosted by Dr. Ken Versprille, and Anark Corporation. Join Dr. Ken Versprille, Partner and PLM Research Director for CPD Associates and Scott Collins, Senior Vice President of Product Development for Anark Corporation, to learn how improving the efficiency of product design, analyze, and revise cycles reduces time-to-market and yields competitive advantage for manufacturers that solve these issues. To register for Anark's LIVE webinar titled "CAD/CAE Model Clean Up: Reduce Design, Analyze and Revise Cycles," please visit the webinar event page.

The Anark Core Platform will be on display at the annual CPDA PLM Road Map event in Detroit, MI, Grande Ballroom at the Inn at St. John's on September 23-24, 2008. To schedule a demonstration prior to the show please contact Anark directly at Email Contact.
