Blois Construction, originally founded in Goleta, California in 1965, was honored for its use of Hard Dollar® software in order to increase customer response time for both estimates and job status, controlling costs, reducing risk, and increasing profits. With Hard Dollar, Blois (now headquartered in Oxnard, California) was able to achieve real-time status reports and improve visibility beyond previous solutions, enabling them to keep costs in sync with the revenues of the project.
The Don Chapin Company, founded in 1978 in Salinas California, has over 500 employees and several divisions. Don Chapin Company was honored for its use of Hard Dollar software to establish better client relationships. In addition, Don Chapin Company was able to complete the preparation and development of 54 home sites spanning 614 acres located in Carmel Valley for the Quail Meadows subdivision ahead of schedule and 10% under budget.
