Latest CAM software versions debuted at ESPRIT World Conference 2008
Camarillo, Calif. — July 3, 2008 — ESPRIT® 2009 and ESPRIT Mold Version 10, the latest versions of computer-aided-manufacturing (CAM) software produced by CAM industry leader DP Technology, were introduced at ESPRIT World Conference 2008, which took place this spring in Denver, Colo.
Attended by over 300 members of the ESPRIT community — including resellers, end-users and business partners — the world conference was a platform for the debut of both new software releases, as well as an opportunity for participants to receive detailed technical training and provide feedback on the new features in ESPRIT 2009 and ESPRIT Mold Version 10.
Held annually to provide the ESPRIT community with vital technical training, networking opportunities and exposure to the latest product developments, ESPRIT World Conference continues to grow each year and attracts attendees from around the world.
DP Technology demonstrates its commitment to technical excellence by dedicating nearly 20 percent of its annual revenues to ongoing research and product development, as well as by focusing on the short-term needs of existing customers and vital long-term trends in the metal-working community.
The latest versions of ESPRIT CAM software are the result of DP’s effort to create balance when addressing short and long-term needs, and include a significant number of enhancements and innovative new technologies for milling, turning and wire EDM part programming. The company’s balanced focus has resulted in its consistent creation of powerful technological innovations — and has placed ESPRIT in an industry-leading position since its market launch in 1985.
ESPRIT 2009 and ESPRIT Mold v10 will be introduced to the public at IMTS in Chicago, Ill., Sept. 8-13, 2008. Existing ESPRIT customers with an active software maintenance contract will begin receiving updates for the latest version of the software in the fall of 2008.
