USGS EROS processes and distributes data from Landsat and other Earth observing satellites, as well as other forms of geographic information. USGS EROS manages and maintains a national archive of remotely sensed data and scientific information that is used for land management, energy, mineral, and water resources applications. Under the TSSC Contract, SGT will support USGS EROS for processing Earth observation data, and apply information technology expertise to effectively manage and distribute information on natural resources, land characterization, and climate changes.

The SGT TSSC Team includes ADNET Systems, Native Communities Development Corporation, Riverside Technology, Inc. and Information Dynamics. TSSC is a Cost-Plus-Award-Fee (CPAF) contract with a 5-year period of performance including all options. The contract value, including options, is $140M. The contract will be performed at the USGS EROS Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The contract will be managed by SGT Vice President, Dr. Andy Endal.
