Who/What: Silicon Canvas, developer of the Laker software suite of high-performance tools for custom integrated circuit (IC) design, will demonstrate its Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software at the 20th EDA Interoperability Developers' Forum hosted by Synopsys. The Forum focuses on the latest developments in EDA standards that include efforts supported by Silicon Canvas such as the Interoperable PCell Libraries (IPL) Initiative and the Silicon Integration Initiative's (Si2) OpenAccess database. Interoperability demonstrations supporting both IPL and OpenAccess are scheduled for the morning session. After the session, attendees can join Silicon Canvas and other IPL members for a continued technical discussion over lunch. When/Where: 20th EDA Interoperability Developers' Forum 9:00am to 4:30pm, Thursday, October 25th Sun Conference Center, Agnews Historic Park, Santa Clara, Calif. About the Interoperability Developers' Forum The Interoperability Developers' Forum provides an open environment for EDA tool developers, IC design engineers and Intellectual Property (IP) providers to discuss the industry-critical topic of interoperability. The Forum is open to all at no cost.
