A complete solution in a 3mm x 3mm space
Eliminating the external components reduces board space, critical in today's ever shrinking designs. The entire Sipex driver solution requires an area of only 3mm x 3mm. Channel-to-channel matching is improved to a 0.8% (typical) with a 3% absolute current accuracy, versus competitive solutions of 2% (typical) matching and 7% absolute accuracy, ensuring the best light uniformity which is critical in the backlighting of small displays.

The SP7120 and SP7122 are available in a Pb-free SOT 23-6 package. They are specified over the -40 degrees C to 85 degrees C temperature range.
