Vita Industrial goes global with WOLFFKRAN, as both Parties Enter into a Global Sales Agreement, Revolutionizing the Construction Industry

The partnership drives enhancements in the speed, safety and efficiency of construction projects

Broomfield, CO – Vita Industrial, a leading provider of intelligent lifting systems and construction technology, announces its global sales agreement with WOLFFKRAN, a renowned industry leader in crane sales, rentals, and operation services. This strategic alliance marks a key milestone in the construction sector and will drive significant advancements in speed, safety, and efficiency for thousands of construction projects worldwide.

As the construction industry continues to face challenges with labor shortages, project delays, and safety concerns, Vita Industrial and WOLFFKRAN will help mitigate these issues by merging stabilization technologies and innovative crane products that allow projects to lift faster, improve efficiency with precise placement of loads, and reduce downtime due to weather and environmental conditions. While providing operational efficiencies and improvements, Vita Industrial’s technology also significantly increases site safety by eliminating the need for ground crews to maneuver loads with taglines.

The Vita Load Navigator (“VLN”) is a propulsion-driven device that connects below the hook of all cranes and can be autonomously and manually controlled. Measuring over 1,000 data points per second, the system detects load movement in real-time and adjusts the load with high-powered fans to eliminate spinning, rotations, swaying and other problems that cause site damage or injuries. Incorporating the VLN system into crane operations will also lead to significant insurance savings to operators, as Vita works with industry partners to design a formal insurance program.

WOLFFKRAN is known for its comprehensive range of iconic red trolley jib and luffing jib tower cranes. With a rental fleet of approximately 800 tower cranes, WOLFFKRAN is among the major providers of rental cranes in the world. The global distribution agreement empowers WOLFFKRAN to incorporate Vita Load Navigator technology across its extensive network of cranes. WOLFFKRAN's integration of Vita's state-of-the-art technology has the potential to fundamentally transform the construction industry. While WOLFFKRAN maintains a limited presence in the United States, Vita anticipates forging additional partnerships with US-based crane providers, leveraging WOLFFKRAN's comprehensive crane fleet and services to facilitate expanded distribution.

"We are excited to partner with WOLFFKRAN, a trusted and innovative player in the construction industry," said Caleb Carr, CEO at Vita Inclinata Technologies. "The synergies between the two companies to provide state-of-the-art solutions to everyday construction challenges will bring immense value to our current and future clients and partners.”

"Aligning with Vita Industrial to enhance the worldwide distribution of our cutting-edge products, the Vita Load Navigator and WOLFFKRAN cranes, will strengthen our commitment to propel the construction industry forward by integrating safety and technology seamlessly. Together, we will revolutionize the way construction projects are executed worldwide," said Duncan Salt, CEO of WOLFFKRAN.

This partnership between Vita Industrial and WOLFFKRAN sets the stage for an era of enhanced efficiency and safety in a global environment, Vita will be working over the coming years to deploy the Vita Load Navigator on the 800 rental cranes currently within WOLFFKRAN’s rental fleet.
