RapidTCT 23, Dyndrite™, providers of the core Accelerated Computation Engine (ACE) and Application Development Kit (ADK) used to create next-generation digital manufacturing hardware and software, today opened a showcase of programmatically created Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) builds representing the leading metal 3D printer providers including, Aconity3D, EOS, Renishaw, and SLM Solutions.
Dyndrite Materials and Process Development for LPBF software empowers materials scientists and engineers to dramatically speed up and lower the development cost of new alloys and material parameters for metal AM parts. The company’s robust geometric querying capability and programmatic APIs give users power, freedom and control over exactly how to assign parameters to each part.
The Dyndrite LPBF materials and process software enables:
- The development of new materials, alloys, and multi-materials
- The ability to work with multiple layer heights and define print strategies
- The ability to tailor parameters for intricate geometry, including small features, thin walls, domes, and cantilevers
- Ensure material homogeneity
- Control surface roughness
- Methods for developing angle-based print support requirements

Support through open formats, including CLI/CLI+/ILT, OVF.
EOS
Native file support via EOS job and task files through the EOSPRINT SDK.
Renishaw
Native .MTT Renishaw files through the QuantAM API.
SLM
Native SLM support, including large multi-optic systems such as the 12 laser NGX 600.
