Kyocera's new service utilizes both zirconia and alumina materials in a wide variety of shapes, a size range of 200 x 105 x 40mm and wall thickness of 0.25-10mm. The simple 3-step process rapid-produces samples: simply send a 3D CAD file, complete a consultation the next day and then prototypes are created in 1-2 weeks*. Additionally, Kyocera will also be showcasing its wide range of ceramics-based medical technologies during the expo.
