January 12, 2021 -- London, United Kingdom -- Axelspace Corporation and ShadowBreak Intl have signed a partnership agreement enabling close cooperation. The two companies will work together to offer turnkey solutions for the design, launch, and operation of microsatellites and ground-stations directly to select customers, using ShadowBreak’s innovative data infrastructure and technology solutions to deliver the imagery to customers in a private and secure environment.
“We are excited to offer our customers a way to be involved in the entire life-cycle of a satellite, from ideation to design, launch, and of course, deciding how the data will be distributed and shared” noted ShadowBreak’s CEO Samuel Cardillo. “With this new product, customers can obtain unrivaled access to exclusive data in the most secure way possible. Some of our customers have very specific needs that cannot be serviced by traditional commercial providers, whether that’s requirements around sensors, orbits, or data storage, distribution, licensing, and secure access. We want to offer them access to their own dedicated constellation. Axelspace Corporation’s unique expertise with satellite launch and design made them the perfect partner to build this joint program with.”
Yasunori Yamazaki Director and Chief Business Officer noted ShadowBreak’s experience building easy-to-use platforms to access and analyze satellite imagery is what drew them to the company in the first place.
Additionally, ShadowBreak will work together with Axelspace to develop and launch additional satellite-imagery products specifically designed to meet the needs of the Defense and Intelligence industry.
