FRISCO, Texas, Oct. 2, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Sconce Solutions subsidiary NovoPLM Inc, a platinum reseller of PTC CAD, PLM, AR, and IoT software, services, and training, has entered into a strategic partnership and asset acquisition agreement with Minnesota-based PTC reseller New Vision Engineering Solutions. The acquisition is effective October 1, 2020. NovoPLM will take over all New Vision's PTC software license, maintenance, and subscription sales. Additionally, Sconce and New Vision have entered into a partnership whereby New Vision will be strategic provider of AR and IoT services, allowing New Vision to focus on its services offerings.
