Oxford, England, 05 February 2020 - The PLM Interest Group announces that the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology ( Fraunhofer IPK) has joined the Steering Group of the Professional PLM Initiative.
| The Initiative aims to establish a single, recognised global profession for practitioners, and by so doing, to internationalise the reach of PLM as a discipline. |
Fraunhofer IPK run one of the most advanced systems of professional certification in the PLM industry, supported by industry partners and an expert committee.
