What:
NI AWR software, specifically Microwave Office circuit design software, will be used at the European Microwave Week 2018 (EuMW2018) Student Design Competition Thrust 1: Transceiver Design. This competition is for master and doctoral engineering students and challenges them to design and measure a microwave device developed prior to and at the conference. The Thrust 1: Transceiver Design effort is conducted by Professor David S. Ricketts, North Carolina State University, and is inspired by his popular “From Bits to Waves: Building a Modern Radio in One Day” workshop that has been featured at conferences worldwide for both students and working engineers.
Where:
EuMW2018 in Madrid. Participation is limited, and registration is required.
When:
08:30 to 12:30 on Tuesday, September 25 (Exhibition Hall) and Wednesday, September 26 (Room N109)
