As one of the first in their industry, Granite Homes is offering an innovative approach to home buying. Traditionally home builders use floor plans or a model home to show potential buyers what they can expect once their home is built. However, model homes aren't generally available at the beginning of a new community. Granite Homes has partnered with LandMark VR Technology to bring an interactive model home experience to their new project.

As part of the sales launch, interested buyers will have an opportunity to witness the modern luxury available in the Doon West community with Virtual Reality. The experience includes a complete tour of the model home, which the company plans to open late next year. Personalization is a key feature in the virtual reality space. Users will be able to physically explore the model home in a virtual world, interacting with the features and finishes as they fully immerse themselves in the model home experience.
