Will exhibit and present at the D&R IP SoC Day in Shanghai on Sept. 14. The company’s silicon-proven IP breaks the performance barrier by delivering up to 3200Mbps per pin performance for mobile LPDDR4 DRAM. It is the industry’s first IP solution to achieve volume production and multi-GHz performance in the 28nm node, with the lowest-power footprint, while offering a flexible configuration to support other DDR combinations such as DDR3/4 as well as LPDDR2/3.
Bruce Luo, Vice-President of Product Solutions, will deliver the presentation – “Configuring DDR IP to Enhance Design Speed and Minimize Design Footprint.” It will showcase Uniquify’s latest developments for improving the QoR and productivity for SoC design teams.
At Its exhibit table, Uniquify will feature its DDR memory subsystem technology with innovative self-calibrating logic (SCL) and adaptive bit calibration logic (ABC) that measures timing windows and automatically adjust them to compensate for static and dynamic variation in the subsystem.
