Toronto, July 13, 2017 — Environics Analytics (EA), one of North America’s leading marketing and analytical services companies, announced today that Paul Evans has joined the company as Chief Strategy Officer. He brings to the position more than 20 years of experience in strategy, operations, marketing, business development and management, most recently as Chief Revenue Officer at Alteryx.
A native of New York, Evans has a proven track record in the marketing and analytics space. He’s previously held executive positions in both Canada and the U.S., as Chief Operating Officer at Generation5; General Manager, Canada, at MapInfo; and Account Manager at Nielsen Claritas. Prior to joining EA, Evans had worked with many current EA executives over the course of two decades as a colleague or partner.
At EA, Evans will develop and lead strategic initiatives to grow the footprint of the Toronto-based company, which offers the full range of analytical services—from data supplier to strategic consultancy—to thousands of organizations across North America. Founded in 2003, the company now has a staff of 180, including quantitative marketers, modelers, geographers and consultants, and has doubled in size in the last 18 months. Last year, EA acquired the location and site analysis products and services of the Nielsen Company in the U.S.
