Bloomfield Township, Michigan, March 2, 2016 – DroneView Technologies, a leading national provider of Aerial Imaging, Photogrammetry, 3D Mapping, Data Analytics and Geospatial Solutions announced that Jason Heywood has joined the Company effective immediately as Director of Business Development, in a newly created position.
Jason has been providing geospatial services for over 20 years for energy, transportation, land development, mining, civil engineering, environmental, airport and government clients throughout the United States. For the past 10 years, Jason was a senior project manager with Aerocon Photogrammetric Services, headquartered in Willoughby, OH and prior to that spent eleven years as a photogrammetrist and business development manager at Air-Land Surveys, of Flint, MI (a division of Rowe, Inc.)

Jason’s project experience includes aerial imaging, topographic mapping, stockpile volume calculations, 3D modeling, digital orthoimagery, LiDAR and GIS base mapping.
Jason is an ASPRS Certified Photogrammetrist, Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper, South Carolina Professional Photogrammetric Surveyor, Virginia Surveyor Photogrammetrist and is FAA IDLE Level III Certified.
Jason has a Bachelor’s degree from Staffordshire University, England and a Masters degree from Eastern Michigan University.
