NEW YORK, Feb. 10, 2016 — (PRNewswire) — Honoring companies and CEOs who are pioneering best practices in corporate governance and boardroom diversity, the WomenCorporateDirectors Foundation (WCDF) has named Publix, The Santander Group, Ulta Beauty, Frontier Communications Executive Chairman Maggie Wilderotter, and Izumi Kobayashi, director at ANA Holdings, Suntory, and Mitsui and Co., as its 2016 Visionary Award winners. WCDF will present the 2016 Visionary Awards at the Visionary Awards Dinner on May 4, 2016, as part of its annual invitation-only WCDF Global Institute (May 3-5) in New York City.
