Jan 7, 2016 -- Canary Wharf, one of the UK’s two main financial centers, has landed on CyberCity 3D, Inc.’s burgeoning 3D city library. Our 3D map of this modern area of London, with its iconic skyline, captures the second-tallest building in Great Britain, One Canada Square, in addition to many of Europe’s other soaring towers. One hundred-five thousand people work here, the location of headquarters for an abundance of major banks, professional service firms, and media organizations.
CyberCity 3D, Inc.-- a southern California-based global leader in modeling and streaming of 3D content-- created this ambitious Canary Wharf model with the Company’s patented 3D modeling process. The 3D buildings offer the best-in-class smart data and up to six-inch accuracy. This model covers 3.5 square kilometers and approximately 1,500 structures. The smart city model can downloaded for custom use or streamed over the web.
3D models are delivered in most 3D file formats including Collada, Geodatabase, Shapefile, .dxf, .kml, .skp, .fbx and .obj. These smart buildings seamlessly integrate with nearly all commercial software including those offered by our business partners Autodesk, Esri, and AGI (Cesium) as well as other existing data for unlimited planning, analysis, design, and preparedness.
The Company also offers 3D streaming through its business partner Analytical Graphics, Inc. (AGI) on AGI’s open source Cesium globe, Cesium.js.
