Niederanven, Luxembourg, July 21, 2015 -- GeoVille Environmental Services Sàrl is pleased to announce that the co-founders Dr. Christian Hoffmann and GeoVille Information Systems GmbH have sold their ownership of the Luxembourg Company in a friendly management buy-out (MBO) to its old and new Managing Director, Stefan Kleeschulte.
The agreement has been signed today. The acquisition will be completed within the next days.
After 8 years of successful collaboration, the separation became necessary as the business orientation of the two companies entered into a phase where interests became conflicting and the two companies were blocking each other in their further development, said Stefan Kleeschulte.
The management buy-out is accompanied by a change of name, but staff and expertise remain unchanged. The new name – space4environment – reflects the orientation of the company “using space data to provide space for the environment”.
space4environment will seamlessly take over and continue any contractual arrangements that GeoVille Environmental Services has started.
