After the foundation of its first offices in France (Lyon and Paris) in 2002, Adeneo Embedded extended its expertise internationally with the creation of Adeneo Embedded USA in 2007 and Adeneo Embedded Germany in 2012. The company also has sales representation in India, Israel, Italy, Japan and UK. In looking for greater proximity with its customers and partners, Adeneo will open its fourth sales office in Taipei, Taiwan. The fast-growing Asian market offers new business growth opportunities. This new office will provide local support and expand our business in the Asian market. Adeneo Embedded has appointed Jean-Francois Barati as the “General Manager and Chief Strategy Officer” to lead the new office in Taipei and to manage business and sales for the Asian continent.

Jean-Francois Barati brings more than 30 years of experience in the electronics industry, of which most were spent with Texas Instruments. During this time he held positions in engineering, marketing, sales and general management out of TI offices located in France, the United States, Japan and Taiwan. His professional journey gave him direct exposure to most of the key electronic markets worldwide, with the last 15 years specifically devoted to the mobile industry and embedded technologies in Asia. As a long-standing member of the TI Wireless Business Unit Leadership Team and General Manager for its Asian operations, Jean-Francois has the experience of leading very large business and engineering teams dedicated to the development of customer programs worth $10M or more. Jean-Francois holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from “Supélec” (Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité in Paris, France).

By investing further in this market, and setting up a strong local presence, for sales, marketing and technical support, we expect to better serve our Asian customers and partners, as well as provide more support to International OEMs developing devices with distributed teams between the Americas, Europe, and Asia.”

“By combining expertise on Embedded Software stacks across handheld, medical, industrial automation and the automotive verticals along with our service experience in the APAC market, Adeneo Embedded has a unique opportunity to help OEMs and ODMs in this market develop high quality Embedded Devices.” said Vijay Raisinghani, COO of Adeneo Embedded America and APAC. “Taiwan’s open economy, investments and focus on complex ARM-based electronic systems development provides Adeneo Embedded the opportunity to expand its solutions and products through Taiwan into APAC and other world markets.”

“I am excited to join Adeneo Embedded and contribute to expand the company’s business in the AsiaPacific Region” said Jean-Francois Barati, G.M. and Chief Strategy Officer of Adeneo Embedded Asia. ”Embedded markets are developing fast in this continent.
