Salt Lake City, Utah, May 14, 2015 — ARCOM® is pleased to announce that Zurn®, the market leader in sustainable plumbing products, is the first manufacturing partner to adopt ARCOM's "self-editing" product specification capability. Users will now be able find a product on Zurn's website, click the "add to ARCOM One" button, and automatically generate the appropriate edits in a MasterSpec specification section using ARCOM's SpecBuilder Expert, which is part of the new ARCOM One platform.
The ARCOM One platform will provide design professionals with a single, consolidated location for creating, editing, managing, and collaborating on specifications for construction projects. It will include ARCOM's new SpecBuilder Cloud™ software-as-a-service, which provides guided selection (Q&A), along with a full-featured, intelligent editor. Users of the platform will be able to select specifications for their projects from MasterSpec®, SpecBuilder Expert manufacturer specifications, or upload their own specification documents.
