Portal for ArcGIS, an Esri ArcGIS for Server extension helps your organization manage and share information via maps and apps using your own infrastructure, whether on-premises or in the cloud.

During this one-hour seminar, the presenters will describe the Portal for ArcGIS security model and the various user authentication options, focusing on Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA). They will explain how you can configure Portal for ArcGIS to work seamlessly within your Windows domain. The presenters will also demonstrate how IWA provides a framework that makes the authentication process more efficient, eliminating the need for multiple user credentials.

- Create and manage portal groups that use your organization's existing enterprise groups.
